Shipping prices will varry from country to country and do incloude the packaging costs.
I generally shipp items with tracking to make sure the Item has reached it’s destination.
NOTE: Additional customs cost may ocure on shippments shipping outside of Switzerland.
The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I won’t have to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it was Altered or damaged, I hold the right to give partial refunds, or denie a refound entirely depending on the case.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Souch as prints, and other made to order products, this includes customised products.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the shipment got damaged on the way to the customer, or any other confusion happened on my behalf. I will come up for the expenses of shipping the Item back and replacing it.
In any other case of returning an item, the customer has to come up for the shipping costs on their behalf.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in contact using the contact form.
To return your product, you should get in touch with me over the contact form and i will provide you with theshipping details. as stated before, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
